Who we are ClarityX

It is built by a small founding team. When you interact with our website or join our waitlist, you're dealing with us directly — not a faceless corporation. That shapes how we think about your data.

When you fill out our waitlist form or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company details, and anything you share in the form. We use this to review your application, reach out personally, and keep you updated on ClarityX's progress.

We also collect standard usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site — to understand how people find us and how we can improve the experience. We use cookies and basic analytics tools for this purpose.

We will never use your information to spam you. If you joined the waitlist, you'll hear from us when it's relevant.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us operate — things like hosting infrastructure and email platforms. Those vendors are bound by their own privacy commitments.

If we're ever legally required to disclose information, we will — but that's the only exception.
